Patient Access Partnership Program

Carlsmed has engaged JDL Access to administer the aprevo Patient Access Partnership Program (PAPP). This program is provided at no cost to the practice or the patient and supports advocacy efforts by appealing aprevo prior authorizations or post-service claim denials on behalf of patients. Our goal is to support our surgeon partners by combining your medical necessity evidence with the support of a dedicated patient representative who will persistently pursue appeals and escalate matters to obtain urgent decisions. We are excited to partner with you on this patient advocacy program.
